Would give 0 stars if I could. Thanks to the young cacausian girl in the register, the recipient never received her package. The employee didn't add the recipient's name, or the sender's adress, so the package is lost. She should've atleast let me verify like everyone else does, before confirming and placing the label or even paying. She rushed and skiped the confirmation and I knew something was weird. Why didn't she let me read? Thanks to her, I have lost a valuable item. She acted as if she was typing all the information on the computer, but she didn't, instead she rushed to get me out the way. She should've told me, I needed to write on the mailer. Would not recommend this USPS to anyone who wishes the recipient receives their packages. Unprofessional.

Came by around 4:00pm, needed some money orders. $1175 and one that was $35. Lady at the front desk was not wearing a mask (during a pandemic, mind you) and was extremely rude! We're not native English speakers, so we have accents, yes. But when we tried to politely correct her, she gave attitude saying that "WE SAID..." No, we know what WE said. Then we ask her for paper and pen (to write it down) and she gives us paper but when we ask for the pen, she goes "It's right there." Like what, you can pass it without touching us, you want us to jump over the counter to get a pen??? We're not buying anything from you, we don't have to deal with your attitude.

This is the first time I used this location in particular. Horrible experience. Its has been a week and my Sons still expect the gifts I sended to them. One goes to Chicago IL and the other one goes to Puerto Rico. I deffinetely not recommed this location

I love going to this post office. They always make sure my packages are sealed correctly & if they don’t believe they are taped to their satisfaction, they use their own tape to secure my package. And they are not stingy with their tape — they always make sure every package is going to arrive perfectly. And this isn’t just one representative. No matter which worker is on duty, they all go over & above to give the best customer service possible. No matter how long the line of customers are waiting behind me, they never act stressed or rushed. They do their jobs thoroughly & always act like each customer they’re waiting on is the most important one of the day. I never mind waiting — if necessary — since I know when it’s my turn I’ll be getting their full service & attention!
