I am very happy to write a review and share my personal experience with Comprehensive In Home Care. I was a solo caregiver to my mother trying my best to take on more than I should. I thought I could do it non stop all on my own. However I learned after a while I could use some help. The moment Mary Lou and her wonderful staff came on board my life changed. I was able to share my world with people who sincerely cared about my mother and I. It was good for me to get out now and then to refresh and care for myself too. When I returned I always found my mother well fed, clean and with a smile on her face like she just spent time with her best friend. She passed away in her bed at home as she always wished, and that blessing I owe to Comprehensive In Home Care for their kindness, professional manner and support. I need to mention that for three years they never canceled or were late for an appt. I hope this review helps and makes your life easier when in need.

We have a backup plan for every situation! From time to time caregivers may call in sick, have a flat tire on the way to work, or a family emergency that requires them to take the day off. Ask your home care provider what their plan of action is when a caregiver does not show up for their designated shift. Every home care agency should have some sort of plan in place for these situations- WE DO! Please call us at (530) 295-1130
