Love everything about this place. The food the family and the atmosphere. They are ready to help with any questions you might have on how to cook or what to cook for the night. The owner Casey is not just a butcher, he is a certified chef and they have started to make in house potato and pasta salads... they even have locally grown vegetables, breads, cheeses, eggs, and much more. Stop in and grab some grub if you haven't yet... it's beyond worth it

I'm not sure about prosciutto but they have the best meat it's pricey me ore than retailer store's but the quality is beyond good. We hat Tbones tonight awesome. They have great sausage and there chorizo is the best I ever had. 😀👍
