I sent an envelope from Norfolk, Va filled with old family photos to my sister in Pittsfield a few weeks ago. I assumed she had received them. Yesterday I got the package back. I had written the wrong zip code. The returned package had the name Cathy in the top left hand corner. I thank Cathy so very much for returning the photos to me. Those memories are priceless. I think Cathy recognized just that. Again, many thanks to Cathy and to the postal workers at the Dwight St. Post Office.

I think the Main Post Office in Holyoke is just about the best well-run I've ever seen. And I love how friendly and helpful all of the clerks are! Not to mention that it's a beautiful old building.

Large postal office with options for prepaid packages, postal boxes, and window services. The wait times vary throughout the day and depend on how many employees are working the window. Streetside parking on 3 sides of the building.

Unfortunately the USPS tracking showed my package as delivered, but the packages weren't at my house. I called the post office, got a calm, quick, and courteous response, and an hour and a half later the packages were dropped off at my door. Being about a month before the holidays, I'm really impressed on all fronts.
