I'd put 0 if I could. Made an appointment online for 8 am on Monday morning. Showed up and no one was in the store, completely locked up. Called the store, no answer. Called corporate, and they had no explanation and couldn't get in touch with anyone at this location. Meanwhile, 2 more customers showed up along with a delivery, and noone is at the store when they should have been open for nearly 2 hours at this point. Corporate ended up booking me a spot at the North Reading location. I will not be using the Wilmington location again, I don't think I can trust someone with my car when they can't even read a clock.

5 Months ago I wrote this 5 star review: I booked an appointment for Saturday morning to get big and stiff 285 30 R18 tires mounted on big and expensive 18x10.5 wheels. Matt was friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic to do a good job. The work was done in an hour. My wheels left unscathed. Firestone Wilmington is now 1st in my Rolodex for tire mounting and balancing services. About two weeks ago, I returned for the simple task of replacing a bent wheel. The resistance and unnecessary drama I faced was unbelievable. Apparently Firestone will mount Tire Rack tires the 1st time, but will not touch them afterwards as at least a verbal corporate policy. I escalated to corporate for a clarification of company policy in writing and corporate was unable to respond properly after two weeks. Therefore I have to take my business elsewhere in the future and recommend others to do the same. I (we all) need a tire shop capable of doing all the work I (we) bring them.
