Spoke with Rachele over the phone on appointment setup- was very professional and helpful/accommodating. A+ to her- give her a raise! Daury Medina and Cameron Mercer came out to check things out ranging from mold in the attic to floor work/kitchen-water damage. Both were very professional/patient as well and also knowledgeable on their work. A+ to both of them and highly recommend! Give both of them a raise, too!

Jonathan was very responsive and detailed with everything they had to do. Ricardo, Eric and Jose did a great job performing the work needed and cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Servpro of Woburn. We had some water damage with black and white mold in our finished basement. Juan and Hector went above and beyond in getting it all out and cleaned up. Shout out to the supervisor Jonathon as well. Great job!

Movers NearMe

I received 2 estimates from two different locations of ServPro - Servpro Boston ( which I now know is actually ServPro Woburn and Servpro Back Bay) and Servpro East Boston. Servpro Woburn gave me an estimate of $3700 to do a deep clean a 12 room 3000 sq foot house that I had purchased. This was to include smell removal which we were told by the sales rep - Brian that the service will require carpet cleaning, odor removal/air duct cleaning. ServPro East Boston told us the same thing for a price of $2600. ServPro Woburn told us they were the company in our territory and we were not able to hire the SP East Boston company. They told us that the house would be perfect upon move-in and they would have everything done in two days with crews of 4-6 men each day. It was important to us to get the job done in two days because we had movers coming. On the first day of the job, 4 men showed up (2 worked hard 2 were there with no clue - just as bodies). The second day, 2 men came for about 4 hours and did come close to finishing. I was extremely upset at the job - the crew did not even clean three of the rooms, the windows weren't done in 40% of the house and the air ducts were not cleaned and the house smelled awful. Brian told us to get an exterminator because something "died under the house" and to rip up two of the carpets. We did both. The exterminator said there weren't any dead animals/rodents/etc. and the smell was interior. I called Brian and he said he would meet us at the house on Saturday to discuss what needed to be done. We drove all the way from our temporary housing an hour away and he did not show up. He text my husband a bit before he was supposed to show and said he had a birthday party. I asked to speak with the manager, Paul. Paul stated he would have a few guys come on Tuesday to finish up and I told him that would not work because the movers would be there and you cannot finish cleaning walls/floors/windows with boxes/furniture in the way. They had 2 guys show up for a few hours but they couldn't do much because of all of the boxes, etc. I signed paperwork stating not to run my card for the remaining half of the job without speaking to me ( Paul will have this paperwork). The 2 men who were there on Tuesday were really nice and did work hard but still the air ducts were not clean, 2 rooms weren't accessible due to 200 boxes floor to ceiling and about 20 windows weren't washed due to furniture in the way. Paul called my husband and left a message stating he was running the card. I was dealing with Paul directly and was there while my husband with with our six kids outside of the state. Paul was asked to call me. After he ran the card, I called Paul and we negotiated - he said he would send a crew back to finish and get the air ducts done to remove the smell. This has not happened. I called to speak to the owner who has never called me despite my messages to him except for an initial call stating he will do nothing more for me. We have since had another company finish the windows and do smell removal. We did give SP - Woburn ample opportunity to complete this or provide a refund. I have written numerous emails and have only received rude responses. I am hoping this will help anyone who wants to personally hire servpro.
