Most unbelievable worse handling of situation ever. Manic psychotic, being released due to covid HE GOT THERE- for lack of isolation compliance. He is mental patient - to what level of compliance does it rise to put someone out on the street. Do NOT trust a WORD from these people.

Terrible management at Willmington, they do not care about there clients at all and there recovery, more interest in firing all great techs and leaving the ones who have never been in treatment and have no idea what there doing, if your serous about your recovery do not go to this place it’s run like a pre release prison! This change has been recent since new management, wish I could of experienced the jobs of prier management, I just left this place July 2022, and not one client was happy about the way they were treated by management especially by the Director of Operations who does nothing but sit in office 3 days a week with door shut listening to cold play ( music) and gets paid salary for staying home doing nothing the rest of the week! And occasionally fire people when he’s bored. Place is horrible under this Director and If rest of management would wake up they should just asked clients feedback owner of Banyon definitely needs to know what is going on at this facility techs are being fired for caring and helping there clients, Very sad.. plans to reach out to owner..please look for recent reviews, since old reviews are just that. things are no longer that way unfortunately.

I've been through 3 different treatment centers in my life and Banyan will be my last. Never have I ever met such a kind and caring staff. If you need help with your recovery and you don't want to waste your time or money Banyan is the place to be. Thank you Banyan you saved my life!

Banyan is the best treatment center i have ever been to. everyone that works there is in recovery and knows what they are talking about. They actually genuinely care about your well being and your recovery. Because I went to Banyan i now have a huge connection in the program of recovery. Going through this treatment center is the best decision I have made in my life.
