Kept very clean. You can drive into it if the weather is bad. Quite secure, code needed to enter and leave. Staff is very helpful.

We used this facility as transition storage prior to a move out. I love this place. The last two other storage units I had, I completely loathed. I was happy to give this facility money in return for HONEST pricing and when increases would happen, as well as a very clean and cared for facility. The climate control for most of the units is also very idea, as new England can get fairly soupy from time to time. I have already recommended it to all of my friends that need just a little more space, or some long term storage of items between moves.

Yes. After 35 days of non-payment a lien is placed on the unit and then it goes to the auction process from there. We do not do them in person, they are posted online and people for them online.
