Sonic’s app is so iffy. But I visited here last night and the girls were so helpful, especially the one who I think had red hair. They were polite. They helped me sort out my app issue and me and my kids left happy. They didn’t just give us that attitude that lots of places do, like “I don’t know. You deal with it. Good luck” This is what true customer service is about, which you rarely see these days. They also had ice cream, which is more than I can say for the sonic I went to two weeks ago. And I didn’t have to wait in line forever, which is more than I can say for the sonic I went to last week.

Just waited at the drive-thru and the car slot and no one helped for 20-30 minutes. Then as I was leaving, I saw two employees inside, standing around.
