Speed is ok. Customer service is mediocre at best. I wasn’t aware I was supposed to start my order with my reward number but when I mentioned it at the cashier window the employee seemed very disgruntled. I can’t imagine someone’s first visit when using a BK reward program.

I went to order a Oreo shake she just give me milk and cookies I went back to drive thru and I said my Oreo shake doesn’t like right and she was like no ice cream today , why don’t yu that before I order and yu expect me drink milk like this after I pay for it she was giving me attitude on top of my order it’s not easy for none of us to making money and waste it that Burger King need more rules with they employees

*Checks bag..missing item no biggie I’ll run inside and get it real quick… lobby closed. Okay I’ll just go through the drive through again… 7 cars in line not moving. Okay never mind it was only something small anyway. Gets home.. oh this is the wrong burger completely…Whatever just eat it… wait this has hair in it. Okay now there’s a problem.
