As at this point there is nothing else I can do about it, at least I can warn other people to be extremly careful with this store. I went there 6 months ago to get brakes changed and they told me something was wrong with my caliper, but it's out of stock, they couldn't order so they were able to fix it for me and changed brakes for me. Only 3 months after, I am back with damaged breaks and they told me "parts have life time warranty, but labor is 320$". I knew they are again trying to trick me because I am just a girl who don't know a lot about cars. So I went back there again with my boyfriend, and then they completely changed the story. Now, they never told me that caliper was bad, It just broke in this 3 months and damaged my new breaks that were supposed to last at least 30.000 miles. They also drove 30 miles to diagnoze my car. 30 miles!! And now once I came back with my boyfriend and we spoke with manager, labor for breaks coast 160$ (not 320$) I asked what they have in system about car, now drums are bad, battery needs work and other things in total 300$ (still not 320$). On the end, I lost 500$ for breaks changed 6 months ago. And I still have to go to other place because I don't trust them to touch my car ever again. I askes to return breaks and at least get refund for parts since it has lifetime warranty, but they refused it as well. They are just changins their stories, their managers kept saying "oh, we would never do that" even he was at vacation at that time and has no idea how they were acting. They were not interest to help in any way and they were just waiting for me to leave. Very unpleasent situation. Be careful and good luck with this store.

Called right away to explain the problem. We were local and were able to look at the issues and have it explained to us in person. Friendly and quick service.

Did a great job for all the maintenance needed for my car. Friendly desk person upon entering. Only con is that my car passenger door had a long scratch mark after I left to go home. Luckily I was able to buff it out but hopefully whoever reads this review will train the technicians to be more careful when working on a customer's car.

I have been bringing my car here for years. From oil change to major repairs.They (Joe, John,Eric and team)have always gone above and beyond. They are reliable and honest. I never have to worry. Then to make matters even better they have loaner cars. I can’t recommend Meineke in Wilmington enough!! Thanks guys!!
