I enjoy B&BW's body creams, use them every day, but admittingly...it's getting harder to find scents I enjoy. With the "retiring" of favorites like White Citrus, Love & Sunshine, and Sea Tox --- the FRESH CLEAN scents that DO NOT HAVE VANILLA in them, I struggle to find scents I want to wear and that disappoints me.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. I would have gave a five-star but I didn't because I called the store for over an hour and it continuously rang busy. I told the employee and she just brushed it off and was talking about other sales. I told her again when I was about to check out and then she said oh I'll mention it to the manager.
