Me and my friend Elizabeth and Paraya went and I found a blouse I wanted and it had no price and they couldn’t find one so they gave it to me for $16.99, beautiful they were so nice I Will definitely shop there again.

Several months ago we made a return to the store it was completely miss Handled not done correctly but was told it would be back the account within ten business days when wasn’t we went back they called customer care and again told it would be another 10 days it wasn’t called customer care again got run around told again wait 10 days , did this few times eventually told a merchandise credit was sent out to address that we don’t live at they said they cancelled merchandise credit and refund would be definitely issued it was called back customer care rep pretended he couldn’t look up information pertaining to this and hung up on us I guess Macys managed to steal our money don’t do business with them they are thieves and don’t care about there customers wish could give less then one star but can’t company is horrible

I personally don't like clothes shopping but my wife absolutely loves this place and if it makes her happy that makes me happy!
