The Toy Vault at Emerald Square Mall

I always love to go to Toy Vault with my group! I love their collection of their funko pops and classic video games to buy as well! When I look at their classic video games there, I had a nostalgic moment when I saw Nintendo 64 controllers and N64 games! I mostly go there for funko pops for my collection, but the store looks so awesome and I make so much memories!!

Overall good selection of stuff to buy but I was disappointed with my experience trying to sell. They advertise you can sell them your toys and I brought in a lot of brand new toys and collectables never opened and worth a good amount of money. The staff was kind of rude basically saying they were gonna give me way less money than it's worth and I was feeling ripped off. I understand they need to make a profit, but I was a bit shocked how low they offer was for what I had. One of the employees then took pictures of the items and texted them to the manager of the store who responded to the employees to not buy anything of what I brought in for no apparent reason. I had brought 3 good sized boxes of toys that were stuff they say they're interested in buying and were in mint condition in original packaging! They would have no problem selling it and I was willing to take the small amount, much less then what they were worth but they basically told me my stuff was worthless and they then wouldn't offer any amount for them because the manager said no. It was a big waste of time and energy to bring stuff they claim to want to buy and then they insult with low price and then don't even offer after the fact. I understand they have the right to not buy anything if they don't want to but why even advertise buying stuff if you're going to not offer anything at all! If you're thinking of selling them your toys don't even bother, won't be coming back here again.

I've been in this store several times. Always fascinated with how much they have. I can always find that one thing I need. Store layout is organized. Staff is friendly. I love when the TV screen is on in the back and it plays the old cartoons!

I fell in love with this store, the selection of collectibles is incredible!!! I am about the Horror collectibles and they have a nice selection of them! I could spend hours in that store, the staff is absolutely awesome always super helpful and friendly, I never thought I’d find my long lost sister from another mister here but lo and behold she works there, we shall have drinks and tacos one day and bond over our mutual love for Horror 🖤
