Just moving out of my unit. What a seamless process. The girls at the front desk from Amanda and Patty were top notch customer service. I made the visit amazing. I was a dummy and forgot my keys 60 miles away. I panicked and Patty was quick to inform if the lock-cutting policy (with a small charge of course) and removed it for me. I love you girls. Ty for all you’re service.

I have 3 units here and a year ago before it changed ownership, I was paying a total of $400. As soon as Store Space took over few months back, I got an increase letter of $50 on each unit. This week (3 months later) I’ve received another increase letter of $25 per unit. As of next month I will be paying over $600 a month. I am weighing my options and will switch all 3 spaces as soon as I find a more affordable storage facility. Beware everyone, this outfit is ruthless. All letters received 10-15 days before price hike went in effect. Way to treat long term customers…SMH

I entered the lobby of this company, to get some information for my father, and was greeted by Neil. Neil was welcoming, polite, and happy! Neil was able to show a few units, to get an idea of sizing, and provided pricing. Upon my fathers return Neil was there, along with other co-workers, to finalize what my father needed. Everyone was super positive but a special shout out to Neil for being SUPER!!!!

Disappointed at the process of how the property was transitioned to new ownership. Lack of communication with customers. Customers footed a heafty bill increase with no warning, no consideration and no opportunity to negotiate. Emailed, called and requested to speak with a General Manager SEVERAL times with no return call but instead received an email response that essentially said: sorry, not sorry, pay the increased amount. Unfortunately, an unprofessional approach to customer service. Yes, I could have gone elsewhere but due to the lack of communication and considering that I just began renting a month prior to the transition, I couldn't afford to spend another $1000 to hire movers again.

Store Space has pest and rodent prevention plans in place at all locations. Our cleaning regimen includes hourly cleaning schedules for all high-touch, high-traffic areas; increased disinfectant use for common surfaces; and directives for mask use, social distancing and employee wellness.
Yes, Store Space stores come equipped with a wide range of packing supplies such as boxes, including wardrobe and other specialty items, tape, padding, mattress bags and more.
No, you can purchase locks in any Store Space store or as part of your Touchless Rental. If you choose to provide your own lock, a high-security disc (or round) lock is highly recommended.
Store Space takes security seriously. Facilities are fully enclosed or have fenced perimeters. Access points are gated and require a secure PIN. Each facility is covered by surveillance cameras. Parking and outdoor areas are well-lit and interior spaces are lit by automatic sensors. Some units have individual alarms. And our locations have managers who walk and audit the facility daily.
Store Space leases are month to month, starting at the first of each month. Move-ins after the first of the month are pro-rated.
