Let me get to the heart of the issue. I was brought to the ER after an auto accident(+\- 50mph to a dead stop front impact as the driver). When the doctor arrived, she asked me some questions, felt my spine, and wrote some prescriptions. There was literally nothing else examined or touched on me. So my concerns about stomach pain, nausea, and headache were left unattended to. 4 days later, I’m still barely able to eat, and my stomach pain is unabated. All I can do is hope it’s not serious and wait until I can get an appointment in the coming week. Complacency is one thing, but straight up ignoring a patients concerns, why did I even bother going? Think about that the next time you choose an ER. To Brandon Regional-I don’t need your BS patronizing response. My review isn’t posted so you can pretend to care now, my review is a cautionary tale for others.

The entire visit was wonderful. The wait time was great. The staff was friendly and professional. They treated my small eye problem as if it was very important. The nurse was great, she was attentive to my needs. The doctor was very nice and understanding. Found the problem and saw something else in my eye I didn't know about. The wait time for prescription and check out was outstandingly short. I was so very please to go there.

amazing staff, all doctors and nurses are amazing! they took my wife with care and attention when she was suffering from a panic attack, they were extremely nice and did everything they could to help her. it did take a while in the ER for her to get treatment but it’s normal, expected! They were much faster than the previous hospital we had gone to

I went in for detox. The doctors were very nice and really talked to me. Even call poison control to make sure there were no interactions between my medications. Unfortunately they could not help me unless I was suicidal or I wanted to hurt someone. They gave me references, but could not get into see them. Got in and out and I appreciate the help they did provide.

I would choose a different hospital. My mom went in with a mild case of pneumonia and ended up on a ventilator, and in 2 days will have a trach in her neck.
No,they are open, but the covid patients slow down the process. Fortunately they have streamlined their triage system so you will be looked at quickly and assessed as to your course of treatment.
All I did was ask the gaurd at the desk
