Im forced to use this pharmacy for my sons compound medication that keeps him well. They have twice told me they would put it on auto renew and have failed to do so. Some person over there explained its a software issue not letting them click auto renew on it. They have never told me that before. I called on Saturday letting them know i was short on the medication. Now im crossing my fingers hoping it actually gets here tomorrow because my whole family is sick at the moment. There service is horrible and they don't care about there customers. Especially my 7 year old whose medication stops his heart from going to fast. And guess what his medication is still not here Tuesday. They continue to get worse. Called them and for two hours they seem to think it was my problem not them saying they mailed it. Later turned out that it was misdelivered a street over. They had not gotten me a replacement when i called to say it was found and that was mid-afternoon. Just beware

Been going to Bills for almost 4 years now. They never cease to amaze me. Examples: order my special brand of generic prescriptions, always very coutsey like today I was running late and the let me in right as they where closing and gave me 5 start treatment. Above and beyond the retail chains!
