First time here. Quiet a few games were not working, need of repair. Counted 6+. Seating area needs to be wiped down more and fill up the napkin holders. Over 8 tables had no napkins in its holder. Bathrooms please clean more often. And the shark cupcake was delicious...presentation was awful. Looked like a dark sad cookie monster. The shark had no fin. See photo 📸

I’ve enjoyed going here for the memories, but I’m dissatisfied with the service here. There was no attendant at the door to check in or check out. When it was busy we walked out without someone checking our numbers and people walked in without getting stamped. We stood there waiting too. Makes me nervous to come back, I have little kids and don’t want them running off in excitement only to be gone forever, ya know? Their food tastes sub par and overpriced. I wouldn’t eat their again, total waste of money. The rides and games are what made it fun and the whole point to go. However some machines are getting older and just eat your points and don’t let you play. You have to go and ask for your points back. We had to do this several times. Three stars because great games, but poor food and service. Also there are no more tokens or tickets. It’s all on the cards. Which makes it a little less fun, because you cannot see what you have won.

This place has definitely upgraded, the games are so addicting and I was surprise to only see 2 games not working . I Love how they stopped the tickets and made it just go all directly to your playcard. My kids love to come here on there birthday.Lots of fun, pizza is so good and a bit pricey so i expect it to look good last time my pizza wasnt made with much love.

We had a great time for my grandson 2nd birthday party! Our hostess was on point with everything, the free game pass for 3 hrs was Great! The kids really enjoyed themselves! The pizza & wings were good but the salad bar needs a better selection on toppings and dressing,definitelyshould ALWAYS have French/Catalina dressing on the bar, it was a much better salad bat years ago,that's the only reason I looked forward to going to Club Chuckie. Once tge salad bar is brought up to par.
