If I could give 0 stars I'd be more than happy. I've always referred AAA to everyone I know and they really surprised me recently. I waited by my car for 2 WHOLE DAYS, attempted to receive roadside assistance MULTIPLE TIMES, was lied to about them taking so long because they needed a flatbed, they show up WITHOUT a flatbed explaining how I needed a flatbed, flatbed shows up, no help, so I requested FOR THE 5TH TIME that a flatbed show up and she made it "priority" nothing my need for a lift and dolly, NOBODY SHOWED UP. I had to tow the vehicle MYSELF which resulted in damages to my vehicle. I was discriminated against for only being a CLASSIC/BASIC member!! IM A MEMBER, PERIOD!! I should not get bull$h!t service for not having a premier or plus membership?!? I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and cancelling my membership all together. Very very disappointed

Almost 5 hours now and still not tow truck driver. Don't give an estimated time unless you actually have a driver. This is insane

I am extremely upset that AAA left me stranded and no one would call me back or kept putting me on hold and not responding why my tow that started out being 1 hour to 2 hours for the tow truck to come ended up that no one at all came or called it is now 12:33am and I still have not heard from AAA or the towing company and this is horrible service I can’t believe you would treat a long time member in this manner!!!!! Do not get a triple AAA Membership they do not have the customer care they use to have and way to expensive $$$$ to be treated in this manner. Better off just paying for a tow or other road side service because AAA has really gone down hill!! Hey AAA I am still waiting!!!

I am a AAA travel member. A "meet by accident" happened, they are insured by AAA insurance, I am not. I have been extremely pleased at how they are doing their best to make sure we are taken proper care of. I applaud the Auto Club and their associates.
