This place is redicilous I walked in and the line was nearly out the door and I see customers walking out the door due to their being only one teller and the other teller Ryan is just sitting at the desk doing absolutely nothing while more customers are so upset because the wait time and the horrible lack of service here they seriously need to get it together

Associate Jess D helped me before I even joined the line. After being called from the line Ty was also very courteous and polite. Never had this type of services from any USPS office I have ever been to.

I have to say after using the self-serve mailing ability I was shocked to find a paperback book being mailed to a friend was just over $15. If I had not promised to share the book I think he could have purchased it for that same price wherever he lives.

Driver didn't even knock; just left a note about a missed package delivery. On the note it simply had today's date and "will be at post office"; nothing about which post office (I have NEVER been to the post office in the three years I've been here) or when we could go pick it up. Had to fight with the 1-800 number before ditching that and rescheduling a delivery on usps.com. When I finally found out that this was the location responsible for delivering my package and I called the number the customer service was the absolute worst. "If he left you that note today you can pick it up tomorrow." No care about the fact the guy didn't knock at all and the timestamp online was minutes after I checked the door. I guess you have to be up at the crack of dawn and wait on your porch to get anything from these guys. Shame on them. If you're going to work in customer service have a little damn empathy. It's part of your job.
