Went for chest pains and was given an EKG and blood work pretty quick and taken seriously, unlike other nearby ERs. Nurses performing the EKG in triage weren’t the friendliest and I thought it was a mistake coming here until we got to the rooms. It was a wait because rooms were filled, but the nurse was super nice and understanding to my pain once I got back there and the doctor actually listened and ordered me nitro pills to help my pain and took action, rather than just sending me home like most places have done in the past. I’m only 22 and have POTS and a possible undiagnosed prinzmetal angina issue and couldn’t wait to see my cardiologist because of the pain and I’m thankful there was at least an attempt to help. Only complaint like I said was wait times and triage faculty, but overall a good experience!

This is seriously one of the worst medical facilities I have ever visited in my life. I brought my grandfather in after a major fall, and we both waited 1 hour 20 minutes just in their waiting room, and then another 2/3 hours in the suite to finally get him treated. Whenever I had questioned the long wait their response was they only had 1 doctor, I seriously can't believe how undermanned, poorly managed, as well as trained the staff appeared throughout the visit. Not only were they rude an short with us but the level of inadequate care that they provided him was absolutely unacceptable, especially when it comes to your loved ones. I am being 100 percent honest when I tell you that this place lacks the level of requisite, resources, and attention to quality towards the simplest task.

We went at 8:30 Monday morning after my toddler’s pediatrician refused to see her after she had been running 105 temperatures all weekend. They got us in a room promptly. I do feel like some of the support staff felt like her case did not warrant emergency care, but as a first time parent seeing a child run high grade fevers for so long and lethargic— I truly believed she had pneumonia and the situation was becoming increasingly necessary to see a physician ASAP. Dr. Pepe was very kind and did address all issues and concerns. The only note I would make to staff is to address yourself when coming into the room. It is scary when people are coming in and out to take your child either away from you or perform some testing without knowing their name or their position. I personally have not been to an ER in over a decade and this was a pleasurable overall experience in comparison to others. Facilities are clean.

Wish I had the name of the doctor that “treated” me… because really she’s the only one that I have an issue with. I told her that was the only hospital that I feel comfortable going to so she asked why I go to the ER so frequently, which I don’t, I have not been to the ER since July of last last year I do not go frequently at all it was the only hospital that I did feel comfortable going to and now I have none in the area that I do feel comfortable going to, at least not with her there. She didn’t help me while I was there wouldn’t order anything for me to help with my pain n and ordered the same medications that I had told her that I had tried for my issue. No help at all and not caring or nice…
