Opens at 8am we arrive at 8:30am to get 6 documents notarized. No one else in the store and the notary says we don’t notarize until 10am. There were 2 employees there. Does this make good business sense? You refused $60 in revenue for 5-10 min of work. I think that is $360 per hour on the low side. Failure is an opportunity for growth. Imagine if you could walk away from $14,400 per 40 hour work week.

Jordan was sales associate that waited on me and though I slipped in right before closing and was the last customer, he was super friendly and helpful. I wasn’t using the right box and he took time to create the right-sized box, package my gift, and sort out cost-effective way to ship. Jordan, thank you for making this Saturday task easy and painless!
