I purchased a beautiful dining table I also purchased the warranty for the table. The Delivery guys were quick with putting everything together. A few months later I noticed the paint chipping off of the table and the wood started to warp. I contacted the store because I purchased the warranty that covered these issues. I was told I had to call the warranty department. I called the warrant department and was told that the store is suppose to take care of the issues due to me not having the table for more then a year. I was basically given the run around. I called the store and was told they are not sure why the warranty company are sending me back to the store be but they would call me back to let me know what my next step would be. They sent someone out to come repair. The gentleman came and took a picture and left. He did not fix anything. A week or so passed by and I didn’t hear back so I called and spoke with Amanda she said that they can replace the table but I would have to pay $50 for me to get my warranty on the new table. I went ahead and got the warranty incase the new table they send would have any issues. She went ahead and order the table and said I would get it in a few week. A few weeks passed I called the store again and spoke with Amanda. She said I would Get it this week Thursday Which is today. Again the delivery guys came out and we very fast and friendly. When I got home I realized the table is not sturdy and is wobbly. I called the store immediately and spoke with Amanda again and she said the next day someone can come out is the following Tuesday because they were busy. It’s very frustrating to buy furniture with warranty and the warranty was around $250-$300 but when needing to use warranty they give you the run around. It’s also frustrating that I would have to pay additional $50 for warranty when I didn’t even use the warranty that I purchased. I continuously had to call in about the table because no one would call back with information. I feel like the quality of the table I received was poor. When I call in I feel like I’m bothering even thought it’s for something that I purchased. Customer satisfaction should be priority and I didn’t get that shopping here. I will not be a return customer.

Badcock is a great place to build your credit and get beautifulfurniture in the process! I opened an account with them when I was eighteen and have been using them ever since. The staff is always helpful and so polite. If you have any problems they fix them right away. I am definitely going to be a lifelong customer.
