DO NOT PICKUP FROM HERE!!! after 5hrs of waiting I left cuz this is crazy. They told me that after 5 hrs theres still 7 trucks ahead of me just to get to the door. Appointments don’t really matter, it’s first come first serve.

They cancel your delivery if routes are too long or unforeseen circumstances arise. This would be acceptable if they attempted another delivery the following business day, but they don't. You have to wait until your next scheduled delivery day, or hope that you can get lucky and schedule a day that's only a week out for a one time order.

Called to see if load was ready as no trailer had been assigned, informed "There is No one who can tell you that." Landing gear jacked to the sky and angled so that it didn't want to raise. They are going on my DNR list. Apparently, this is common practice here. See photo. Asked yard dog for assistance and was refused. Also, weigh your loads. Paperwork will say 46k and you'll be at 54k.

The actual delivery of water is fine and our driver was great, but their customer service is horrible and there have been constant price increases for the bottles of water and the delivery. I've been trying to cancel the service and return the water cooler for weeks. You can't get anyone on the phone and the customer service email takes a week to respond and when they do, it is clear that they haven't read your request/complaint.
