I love living here!! The staff has been nothing less than amazing since I have moved in here back in March. I love how the girls in the office are so welcoming and helpful. Anytime I have an issue and work that needs to be done they are very prompt, last week I called because I am allergic to wasp and the ladies in the office came within 15 mins and removed it.

I lived in this apartment complex for a few months and I absolutely regretted it. The walls are extremely thin and I lived below a family with kids and it was nothing but stomping and running at 6 in morning everyday and all day on weekends. The staff liked playing favorites with residents so if you weren’t a favorite, your needs and demands as a resident weren’t as important compared to others. The apartment itself was very nice on the inside, carpet floors which I liked but I never felt comfortable being in my own home because there were constant noise complaints. You can’t walk too hard around your apartment.

My experience at Providence at Zephyr Ridge Community has been my Best living choice I have made. The community is Beautiful and relaxing. The staff members are the Greatest, each member not only here to do their job but make the community a family living experience. The property stays manicured, the community center, weight room, pool, grilling area are cleaned daily. Maintenance staff courteous prompt and thorough (I have not had a need for their service, just observed the maintaining of the community). My apartment is spacious and suits my every need. Everything I need is close to the community, major highways for travel, Theme parks, Busch Gardens, Disney, Beaches, theaters, my favorite eateries, shopping, groceries, etc. I not only enjoy the community I am safe living here and can not see myself moving anytime soon. My family and I have lived here for over 1 yr and we love it. We actually just moved into a larger unit and hope to stay for a long time. They always do things special here kids parties , santa , bingo, and movies under the stars all given but the complex. The kids truly enjoy it all. As far as the maintenance and girls at the office they are all awesome and on top of everything. The grounds are gorgeous and kept clean at all times. We truly love living here.
