We absolutely love this park. It has a beautiful boardwalk through the marsh with viewing points and benches. It has a canopy walk which is a quite long boardwalk at treetop level with a beautiful viewpoint. Nice trails. Beautiful birds. No charge for parking. There are lots of people on the weekends so we usually go during the week.

Very unique and quiet park will take you on a short, easy trail out into scenic marshlands. Very pretty, serene boardwalk places you right above the marsh, and a separate path takes you to a larger overlook tower

This is a super cool county park in new Buffalo that has an amazing observation deck as well as boardwalks that go through the wetlands down below. You get stunning views of the green river and the wetlands that surround it. Additionally they have hiking trails that go up along the top portion into the woods. This is paved dirt and boardwalks. Kid friendly, handicapped accessible for the most part, and free. They do have Porta Johns in the parking area which is not large and sometimes will be full. I only gave this four stars because it is posted not dog friendly which makes no sense to me as other similar county parks in Berrien county are dog friendly And honestly I see no good reason why well behaved dogs on a leash are not allowed.

Hello Shanda Hughes you can actually fish there , how's your family Shanda Hughes?
Yes, you can launch directly on the river off red arrow highwy, at New Buffalo beach, and at New Buffalo boat launch
I have only been here once however i would presume some were not cleaning up after their pet.
Now
Sign says 1 hour after dark gate locked 🔒 i think open year round.
It is open.
Its more or less a hiking trail, for biking trails I would recommend the trail that is in Niles or the kal haven trail, potato creek in Indiana is another
I do not know that.
I think you could do it! It's designed to be accessible. I only did the upper boardwalk and don't use a chair but it seemed like a good surface for chairs. The upper boardwalk itself is in good shape decking.
I don't think so, but I haven't been there yet this year
