Courteous and friendly staff. Great product. The dispensary is beautiful. I wish their was a location closer to me in Kissimmee/Poinciana.

I never been to a dispensary with an extremely rude GM. I always bring my caregiver with me because I'm still so new to this type of treatment. They have a screen display that shows all their products and my caregiver was looking at it and reading off a couple of new items they had. Next thing we know the GM starts complaining that my friend was reading the screen, then before we new it she starts raising her voice telling him that if he touches the screen we'll be made to leave. We've never been back. The MUV is the best most reasonable dispensary.

The two beautiful cashiers Henny and Chantelle in the back were so awesome they’re very knowledgeable, very funny, incredibly personable. this was my first experience at this dispensary and they knocked it out of the park I will 100% be coming back. At the front desk, the lovely young lady, Amber was so nice also incredibly personable & she showed me a cute mama duck out front providing me with much needed serotonin- I came in dealing with a lot of personal issues and all three of these ladies were just so incredibly nice and made my day so much better! Henny helped me pick some great choices, and listened me to me to insure I get products that would provide me with what I needed! Thank you much ladies! Keep up the awesome work!

Just got to Orlando and made 2 visits here already.. only purchased “Vaporizers” and got Distillate, THC (no Terpenes) and their new Liquid Shatter.. sheesh, love it all and no complaints.. plus received great discounts on both visits with their promotions.. on top of top notch customer service from Amber and the entire Team.. it’s a cool atmosphere, comfortable environment and overall great vibe.. they even have a pretty extensive line of glass pieces for your Flower purchases.. to be honest I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries here in Florida and Sanctuary is now in my Top 10 List.. you should shop too and you won’t be disappointed!!
