Was there at 9:15am for the first time and was out by 9:35am... excellent customer service and prompt attention by all Ladies at the counter as well as the gentleman that helped me on how to place my order on the tablet. The prices are pretty good. Had a special where everything was 50% off and that's a pretty good deal. So I grabbed a couple of things at a really great price. Ordering of of those little tablets though is pointless. Cause when I got up to the counter they said they didn't have what I wanted. Then someone from the back says they do have it. One dude was out of the loop. Over all I appreciated the help and will return.

The deals are great but customer service could use improvement.. Especially the bearded guy in the front? Gives you that annoyed look you don't want to ask any questions! He has his moments.. Been there 3 times gotta catch him in the right mood I guess?

This location is terrible. Overcharge you and refuse to refund all the while they charge whatever fee amount they feel like. The fee is somehow different every single time and for the past sixth months or so they gave you the card reader fee back in cash, now they’re charging even more for fee and refusing to give the cash for it like they have always done. Manager has no clue what they’re doing and pulls every excuse in the book as to why they’re overcharging me and why they won’t give me my money back. I have been charged 4 different prices for the exact same item and somehow that’s normal according to the manager.

They're all pretty much the same, and each does an assortment of discounts over your first three visits (50% off or $75 off purchase of $150+ are two examples). I know Müv allows you to pick which one you want to apply for that visit, i.e. they don't enforce the order at which you use the discounts. Honestly they are all very similar and are meant to entice MMJ users to get to all dispensaries; there's no right answer IMO for the aforementioned reasons. That said, there are regular discounts that go on for random ("mini" Monday), temporal (it was just St. Patrick's day), or from what I can deduce are internal reasons (like excess stock of specific strains, incoming stock, etc.). Don't sub to texts, you'll get bombarded, but keep an eye on your email for these. I typically go buy when I see something I like... Trulieve, Curaleaf and Columbia Care have the best deals on the reg in all honesty, next being Vidacann

Seems like they only have items with a high margin i.e. no concentrates and $60 500mg vapes. Central Florida has like 4 other dispensaries I recommend sutrea wellness.
