I’ve been using multiple dispensaries since they opened in Orlando. Surterra is hands down the best. Easiest to work with. Placed an order this morning and it was delivered the same day. If you have questions you can easily get ahold of someone. The people are always nice and efficient. You also don’t feel pressured into anything. Some places you walk in and it’s a constant sales pitch.

Lackluster customer service. This dispensary took an order from me via their website and notified me later the same day my order was ready for pickup. Upon arrival, I was informed an item was removed from my order due to lack of available dispensation on a prescription I haven’t even used yet. When that was found to be an error on their part, I was then informed the product that was removed from my order was no longer available. I contacted customer care, who informed me I was lied to at the dispensary and that the item was out of stock when they tried to fill the order. So, who’s lying? Why don’t you call patients when there are order issues like other dispensaries do? Hope whoever gets the rest of my order and anything I would have purchased from Surterra in the future enjoys it as this will my last time ordering with Surterra!

Wonderful experience at the Surterra Orlando Wellness Center! First-time customer, and the whole staff there was friendly and knowledgeable. Vanessa and Caitlyn, especially, went the extra mile to explain all the differences and recommended uses of anything I was unfamiliar with or that my doctor and I just hadn’t had a chance to discuss yet. Looking forward to many more visits and a newly-normalized life thanks to these products.

At Surterra you can look through the list online or they can walk you through the different strains.
Sativa is more of a head high I would recommend that for the depression. Indica a body high it is great for pain & sleep.

I would check with them, the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. As for most, the lower setting will make it last longer. I really enjoy their disposable ones, easy to use and toss when you're done

The vape pen that I bought from them is disposable. No charging needed, battery will last longer then the medicine. Not sure if they have the other ones
Unfortunately, in Florida, due to how strict the law is, you need to be registered in the Florida Medical Marijuana registry to be order to purchase products from any of the dispensaries. They won't take a license from another state or country as far as I know and understand the way the MMJ laws have been enacted in Florida

Yes, you need to get into a Medical Marijuana Doctor so they can approve you, then register with the State of Florida for a license. Its a bit of a process, but well worth it in the end. Personally, I use DocMJ as they know all of the ins and outs of the system. I think this will be a life-changing experience for you! Best wishes :-)
