Placed a order at 9:30 this morning to be delivered between 1-7 today. No show, no call. I contact through chat and I'm told it will be delivered tomorrow morning now..what? I stated I could have picked it up myself if I had known and saved 15 bucks for delivery. His answer was well we are open now. Lol..should I sit and wait all day again tomorrow too?? Crazy...

Scam. Literally stole my money. My first time at a dispensary and I tried paying with credit card. When my card was already in the machine, then they told me they didn’t accept credit. I took my card out and paid with debit instead. I look on my credit card statement and I was charged on BOTH cards. I called the store 3 days later to get a refund on one of the charges, they said they would investigate and call me back. No callback. Credit card company advised me to visit the store as it is an “authorized purchase” so it is the stores issue. I walked in 2 weeks later and they said they don’t have records that far back so there is nothing they could do, despite the fact that I had all my receipts and bank statements. Stole $77 dollars from me, DO NOT TRUST. Plenty of other reputable dispensaries in Orlando.
