It was excellent because of your staff, they were all good but Gary was outstanding!! He was professional, on task, and handled his business extremely well! I actually thought he was the manager the way he preformed. Salute to the management for selecting and employing individuals like Gary. Because of him I will continue to stay at your hotel and tell others to the same. Salutes to all of you!!

I booked a night at this hotel this weekend after my boyfriend stayed there for over 2 weeks. It is a pet friendly environment and the gym is fully equipped with new machinery. The rooms are very spacious with many outlets and comfy bed. There was only a mini fridge and no microwave. The staff overall was friendly, however, there were 2 incidents that we had with the staff that was very disappointing. My boyfriend stayed in that room for over 2 weeks and they only cleaned the room once. We had asked for the staff to provide us new sheets, towels, and washcloths and remove the old bedding and trash in the room. I informed them that my dog would be gone the entire day to be groomed so they may clean the room. Unfortunately, they do not clean the rooms while you are staying there because of Covid. We had to change our own sheets and take the trash out and after asking on 4 different occasions for them to bring us all that we asked for, we finally received everything. We had also asked for a late check out, which they approved. The next day we had gone downstairs to reactivate the room keys and the staff told us we could not do late checkout. We only had 45 minutes to checkout or we would have been charged another night. Overall, we had decent experience, although, I personally will not come back to this hotel.

If you are fitness focused, this hotel is for you. The gym has multiple treadmills, spin bikes, towers, etc. They have dumbbells that go up to 50 lbs. The treadmills are the fancy ones that cost as much as a car and have the thick belt. The rooms were clean.

Lucky to have discovered this on the hotel tonight app! The front desk staff were welcoming, attentive and kind. The workout equipment in room was clean and new, and the entire place was immaculate. They have standup and sit down desks in every room! Gym with huge windows too. The juice bar wasn’t there and the bar was closed for licensing but overall a stellar experience irregardless of the great value.
