Grew up going here. I remember going to a friends birthday party here as a child. Glad it is still open. Brought my daughter and nephew here after getting ear piercings they have good deals and always love the outcome 🥰🥰

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my experience at build a bear due to the complete disregard I received from the employees there as I tried to celebrate my daughters second birthday. Despite me calling ahead and speaking with the manager to work on some sort of celebration even during these trying times, I did notice that the other customers of a lighter skin tone did receive better treatment and consideration than I did. I will not be returning sorry to say.

Yes! That is true. My wife and I just got a birthday bear for our son there. This deal doesn't include any accessories like a voice box, heart beat, or clothing for example.

No but you can give them whatever name you want and you get a birth certificate at the end with the name on it that you choose.
