I had an appointment scheduled to have my windshield repaired at my house with someone waiting with the keys but the technician never even knocked on the door instead called my phone and left two messages 8min apart. The first message said that he was there and was going to leave in 10 to fifteen minutes. Eight minutes later he left a message saying that he left and would have to reschedule. I canceled the service and took my business to another company.

Warning!!! Try to go somewhere else. They are not what they seem to be. I tried using them to replace a windshield on my semi truck and what a HUGE mistake it was. First they cancel your appointment without calling you first. Reason was because they could not verify insurance so they just cancel you out. Second time the tech was sent out and showed up 5 hours late. And could not do it due to gasket being ripped. They where supposed to call me and reschedule and they never called me. I ended buying my own gasket and using their app to schedule again another appointment. Then that appointment was canceled again and never told me about. So I called and spoke to 3 reps giving me the round around. I tried calling the shop and you can’t speak to any person. These guys are a JOKE. They just don’t want to work on semi trucks. It’s too hard for them.I ended up using a smaller independent shop in Auburndale and they were amazing. Same day service!!

Unorganized, poor communication, poor service. 4 appointments, one month and still have a windshield that is not safe for driving. Provided vehicle info, one week before appointment, tech shows with ZERO knowledge of the model, year and the fact he can't complete the job. No manager call, nothing just a reschedule, one week later, same thing, one week later came and claimed didn't have the part, no sorry, no manager. So to this, I would stay the hell away. I'm guessing they are lucky to have some working agreements with carriers, because they are the worst. And that's saying something.

If we Break it then yes its under warranty but if u just buy a new one we don't

I didn't, I don't think anyone does but not 100% about that, all my glass is covered 100%, Safelite can tell you before they start replacing it...
