I ordered online first thing in the morning went to pick up early afternoon they say it was ready for pickup but still have to sit and wait so ordering online does not hurry anything so I guess I will go back later and pick it up because I did not have time to sit there for 30 minutes. UPDATE 8-20-22, waited 30+ minutes for a online order when I paid lady said "I can't give you change" ok so I'm out like 80 cents and how can you not give change this place is definitely not ran right, I guess I'll only shop here when they have sales that are worth the aggravation.

New chick with the grandma glasses who’s name tag says “her/him/she” needs better training. My mother is currently going through cancer treatment and does not know the proper questions to ask, so I ask for her. Generally the guys answer me no problem even though I’m not the card holder. This visit yesterday, the “woman” (her name tag confused me) said “she” could not answer my questions. “She” suggested a pen, I asked why “she” suggest it. “She” couldn’t answer me 😂. So of course my mother had to repeat the question, and what do you know. “She” didn’t have an answer on why “she” recommended the higher priced pen. I usually enjoy going to this place with my mother and enjoy listening to the reps inform us on how the items in the shop can help relive her pain during these tough times. This visit was very uncomfortable, even the rep was shaking because “she” was uncomfortable with my questions, only because “she” didn’t have answers. I don’t need a detailed answer just have some legit reasons on why you recommend something. This 2 star is for the rep I was dealing with only, otherwise service at this shop is always satisfactory!

I had a great experience at this location. Friendly staff and Trulieve offers the best selection of high quality, high potency flower found anywhere. Their customer service is phenomenal and they do everything possible to make sure that the customer is satisfied with their purchase. I HIGHLY recommend Trulieve to anyone.

This was my first experience with a dispensary, having just received my card. The staff was excellent; they answered all my questions thoroughly, competently and adequately. I was very impressed and relieved. I will definitely go back.
