My food was lukewarm and so was my friend's. The onion rings were fried too hard and got cold really fast. The peach cobbler pie was really good, though.

While burgers were good the service was awful. The counter person turned her back to us for about 5 minutes while she waited for other orders to show up from the kitchen. We were ready to walk out when she finally turned and looked our way, not saying a word, no greeting nothing. The tables were all but one empty and needing a good cleaning and clearing. Windows were dirty...... Will think twice before visiting a Hardees again.

Beautiful new restaurant. Friendly employee taking order. Chicken sandwiches are great. Clean place.

The food was cold, the tenders look like they were old and then re-dipped in the oil to get them warm again. So gross. The only saving grace was the person at the window. They were awesome.

The place is garbage. Rude lazy people taking orders who take their time doing anything. I walked in and no customers in line and 1 in the drive thru. Shouldn't take 45 mins to get my food. The cashier couldn't multitask and take our order. She had to wait until she finished the drive thru transaction completely and when my daughter thanked her she just tossed the food on the table and walked off. 4:15 PM 6/23/19 dine time. Food sucked and was prepared wrong. Over priced taco salad that didn't even fill the bowl... Red Burrito brand and awful...

I have only gone in the day time. A lot of people think this is an unsafe area at night. If there was no business or even cars driving by, i might be depressed. Whenever I have gone the food was great and so was rhe friendly service.

Thank you all. I'm Steve the GM and my guest safety is my main concern. We have definitely improved on our outside lightning and aggressively removed the transients that hung around.
