Initially I thought this was a great dispensary with good customer service. Didn’t take long to realize that wasn’t the case at all!! Twice now I have received different products than what I had ordered. The first time I thought it was a mistake on my part, but now I’m 100% sure that they are switching out and not letting customers know. I’ve had occasions at other locations where I ordered something and it was sold out before my order processed and those times was notified by an employee and led to a different choice or just dropped the item all together. My last visit to Lakeland Curaleaf was very upsetting and disappointing. Let me start by saying that I drive from the next county over on occasion to use this dispensary based on availability of products. I had placed an order online, waited to receive confirmation of order being received, confirmed, processed and ready to pick up. I arrived at the dispensary and was greeted/checked in by staff in a friendly manner. After a short period and was called to the counter to checkout. Again, employee was friendly and efficient during checkout process. At no time during ordering or while I was in the dispensary did anyone let me know that what I had ordered was no longer available. Instead the dispensary gave me the same named product in a much much lower percentage than what was advertised on their website. No products were ever taken out of the bag or gone over with me before purchase as if everything was exact as it should have been but that was not the case. After leaving the dispensary I discovered the switch out on my way home and immediately returned, also realizing now I wasn’t given a receipt. Now I’m out extra time, extra gas and am extremely disappointed knowing that this had happened to me before and that I had assumed it was my own fault or mistake. Upon return to the dispensary and explanation of what had occurred I was asked to wait while they looked into the situation. I was then informed by the staff member helping me that the other staff was new and that was the reason for the confusion. I was also informed that the products that I had ordered were no longer available even though it was still showing availability on the website at the time of my return. I was offered a credit to my account for the dollar amount of incorrect products. At no point during this time did the manger come out and address the situation. I did finally ask to speak to a manager and after speaking with a manger discovered that there was in fact some product in stock that I had ordered initially. The manager then went on to make excuses for the staff, system setup and online ordering process that allows for mistakes to occur in product availability. I was also informed that a “note” had been placed on my account so that every employee knows to go over every product and percentages when I come in (I guess I’m Karen now) In the end, I lost out on my time, gas, I left with products that I hadn’t ordered because they would not accept a return of product (which is the only part that I completely understand) and lost out on my availability for the month as well. I made the decision to use Cannabis as a medication instead of pharmaceutical products. This is still a Medical Dispensary and not recreational and had I gone to a pharmacy for medication and been given what I wasn’t prescribed or a different dose they would have to inform a patient of that due to liability issues. Nothing was ever brought to my attention at any point. I also feel like this was just bait and switch and done blatantly. Completely false advertisement of products that are no longer available. Had I known that I would have been able to make a choice to go to another dispensary that was closer to me for the same product that I drove an hour out of my way to get. Will not be returning to this dispensary to be taken advantage of again!! Lesson learned the hard way! I hope this helps someone else not go through this and has definitely taught me to be vigilant about what I order versus what I receive before paying next time!!

What a great place. Ive had great experiences with all the dispensaries in the Lakeland and Winter Haven area so far and Curaleaf didn't disappoint. Will absolutely be going back. Top notch product with a mind boggling selection. Special of the day was buy any 3 flower and get any 3 flower free??? What an absolute steal. Even their 1/4 shake was excellent for the price. 👍👍. Will shop again.

I LOVE IT!!!! Its my new favorite place to shop.. It smells amazing when you walk in the door. And all the staff is friendly and excited to share all the knowledge they have about all their products.. A special thanks to Javier F thanks for all your help, you were a great teacher, so far im happy with all the products i got today😁 Ill be seeing you all again very soon...
