Big E us a great guy! He was really kind to me, and always helped. The lady who runs it is also great. It's what you make of it you know. I met alot of great people there,and some scumbags too, but that's the clients. Overall I was happy with my stay.

It is a Male transition house/ shelter an they have programs affiliated with it that they refer out to like drugs or mental health, etc
9 out of ten, No. Because they treat you like a convic still and like to have control over you. They will come up with some bogus lie of why they can't. Trust you don't want to be there anyways.
