9 out of ten, No. Because they treat you like a convic still and like to have control over you. They will come up with some bogus lie of why they can't. Trust you don't want to be there anyways.
I have seen one over night pass, but probation had to approve it, same thing with going out on a 4 hour or 8 hour pass. You basically need approval for everything.
