On 04/14/2022 paid $200 for my wife hair to be dyed burgundy and it looks no different than her natural color black and wished we just went to the dollar store for hair dye and did it at home 😩

I have been to the Rutland Supercuts very many times, around 5 years. I have had the young lady who was pregnant a few times. She did amazing. She has done both my daughters hair as well a few times. Always respectable. Definitely a people person. The older woman has done my hair once or twice. She was just as nice. Just as professional. The last two times i have went in I had the new "Manager". Her name was Maggie. She cut cut my hair, She was nice. My hair did not turn out the way I wanted it. I could not stand one more second of her obnoxious voice so i did not complain. She seems to bark orders. I always felt calm and collective at supercuts but now it is almost a mad house, so too say. I would defiantly recommend using somebody who has been there for a while. I never had any complaints doing that prior.

I've used this shop 3 times so far this year. Each time I've had a different stylist. My first visit was also my 4 year old daughters first time getting a hair cut and our stylist was wonderful. My second visit I had a guy that had just moved to Vermont this year, we ended up talking about classic cars the whole time and my hair came out great. Our most recent visit wasn't good however. My daughter's hair came out very uneven and my hair was nothing at all how I wanted it to come out. I can't give a 5 star but overall my experience has overall been very pleasant. I'll continue using Supercuts in the future.

Always remember to take each review with a grain of salt, you never know the circumstances of a bad review. I was there today and received excellent customer service and they were taking covid precautions. I was taken care of by the manager Hannah and she was extremely pleasant and listened to exactly what I wanted. I had an extremely bad experience with a hair dresser 15 years ago and she restored my faith. I never write reviews but they have earned it I highly recommend you give them a chance. Besides, you can't get that new look of you don't take that chance, right? Treat yourself!
