The staff was very friendly and the room was bright and clean. The problem - our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Had to deodorize it but still couldn’t get rid of the smell. It served its purpose at a decent price but wouldn’t stay there again in my next trip to the area.

Simple and clean rooms at very reasonable prices. Very nice owners. Great cable TV and HBO as well. Very close to downtown rutland and right on route 7. A great place to start a wonderful green mountain family vacation!
