This place is getting better, slowly. The LIT staff has really added a great resource for people to go to in order to get connected with other resources in the community. They can't do it all, but with the help of community partners, we can all achieve so much! Esp. in this area. The location is great: food, shopping, and had nearby. Let's keep supporting each other Rutland.

Positive: There was nothing I liked about this hotel. Run down and dirty. Way over priced for a "economy" hotel. Paint flaking off the walls. They charged me twice. Didn't know I signed out. Very loud. Parking lot right outside my window. Negative: Run down hotel. Dirty outside. Trash in parking lot and in front of the doors. Old, outdated. Not kept up. Not at all worth what I paid. Very over priced. I was charged twice. There was no one at the front desk when I signed out.

No coffee in the room, no TV guide and half the channels were snowy, even for cable? Continental breakfast was a box of thrown together items. Definitely will not stay here again.

Would not recommend staying here, so many things went wrong on our trip. When we checked in they gave us keys to our room, the keys did not work. We had to go back to the front desk and they tried to come up and open the door and the card reader was broken. So they had to switch us rooms. It was late, we had just driven all day, and this just took way longer than necessary. I wouldn't even complain about this if it weren't for all the other things... We found cockroaches on the floor in our room. One of the days we came home from skiing and there was just a bag of trash (not ours) sitting right in front of door. Probably explains the cockroaches... The lock on our door was just completely broken off so we couldn't properly lock the door at night. Also we were told there's breakfast included, and every morning the breakfast room had an "out of order, do not enter sign" on the door. The only decent thing was the price, as we were staying there over Christmas and it was too expensive to find a room right in Killington.
