The service was first class and very amicably. It is true that there is no "mark up", but there is a "non-negotiable" ceramic coating and door seam film for $1300. But the official website I saw said only the door seam film. I think this is a mark up in disguise. Attention : All the detail price should be discussed by phone or email before going to the site. Never trust "non-negotiable". Certain sales managers should learn to be respectful. Don't always stress and repeat trivial things. Nothing post on social media platforms, And there is no next time. No joke.

Kevin Burke worked with us and when I say he went above and beyond, I couldn't be more serious. He helped us with every step and even helped us fill out some of the paperwork over the phone while we were on our way to the dealership so we could get the ball rolling. He took a video of the interior and exterior of the car so we could get a better view than what the website offered, and that made a huge difference for us. I am a return customer and this is my second certified pre-owned Mazda from Elk Grove Mazda and the customer service is always top tier. Kevin was wonderful and I couldn't recommend him more! We also got to work with Jarrell who was fantastic as well, and threw in so many amazing extras for us that made the whole experience even better. Thank you for helping us get our dream car for our future family, we love it.

This dealership claims they don't have any adjusted dealer markup fees, however they have a mandatory addon for their protection package at $1300 that's on all vehicles. This is even before the vehicle is manufactured in a plant and sent to their location. There is no option to remove the package when emailing their employee. They claim it "protects the vehicle" and "helps it keep it's value", however, i as a consumer should be allowed whether I want it added or not. I don't see why a dealership has to make that decision for me. It's just corporate talk to add more fees on. So much for no markups on the vehicle! I wish pricing was more transparent instead of wasting time back and forth only to be told this right before a reservation of a car.

We went to this Mazda dealership because all others in the Sacramento area have added markups and/or useless “dealer installed options” for $10K - basically a hidden markup. We were in the market for a CX-50 and were assisted by Antonio Salas. Throughout the purchasing process, Antonio was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. He even brewed us a fresh pot of coffee! He took time out of the next day to go through the features with me and answered any questions I had with the car. The financing was handled by Hesam Ghaffari. He worked with us to get the best rates for financing and presented us with options to fit our finances. He explained everything we signed into detail and was transparent about the pricing throughout the signing process. Overall the car-buying process at Mazda Elk Grove was prompt, courteous, and transparent. Best of all, no dealer markups - they’ve definitely earned our business!

We have many covid protocols in place that include: Shop Online & Let Us Deliver to Your Door. Do as much or as little online as you prefer. Service Pick-up & Delivery Available. If you choose to visit us, all staff wears masks, we have hand sanitzer all around the facility, our facility and high traffic areas are regularly sanitized and cleaned.
