Awesome guys at RNR!! I was able to make an appointment online to mount tires and tpms sensors quickly. Someone at RNR text me to confirm work to be done and appointment. Outstanding customer service inside shop and work was performed within the time they suggested!! I will not take my car to anyone else for anything related to wheels but you guys. Thank you again!!

Rip off! I bought a $6k set of wheels from this location. While they did the exchange I watched the employees throwing objects in the parking lot which turned out to be the nails and screws the pulled from a tire. A week after driving around on my new rims and tires my pressure sensor said low pressure. After an inspection I found several screws in the tire. I got the same crew to patch the tire and dealt with a leak for 2 years now. I paid the rims off using the online payment system however the financial staff fails to do there job and attempt to charge me 3 more payments and then sent several threats of repossession. It was not Until i contacted a separate location and got a hold of corporate that they stopped harassing me. I made the mistake of trying to have the pressure sensor reset and the crook tried to tell me it cost $100 when they sold me the wheels they claimed this service was free with the rims and tires warranty. Terrible humans work at this location. I paid a lot extra for some mediocre rims so that I'd have on going protection and what I got was a ton of stress and leaking garbage. They offer to fix it however it's the same poor morals humans doing the work.

I have used RNR on multiple occasions. They are always quick and do a great job. I will definitely use again or recommend someone else with their tire needs. I dropped it by one star because they wer going to change out a tire and remove a screw from the center of the pass rear. Not only was the nail not removed but they also told me in of my tires with 8k miles was to worn for a spare. What’s even more frustrating is the tire with the screw has less tread In it and there no problem with it. Have you said many times in the past and I’ve never had a problem until now I’m not sure why they didn’t remove the nail or just put the better tire on there for me I think I’m gonna head back up and see what they say. thanks

Greg and staff were fantastic ! They fit me into their schedule and made sure my car got exactly what was needed. The waiting area was clean and the service itself was speedy. The price was more than fair! I have found my go to place to tires!
