Inquired online about trying a free class, very promptly received a follow up via text from trainer Mia (thank you for texting and not calling- so much easier). Went in for a class on Wednesday of this week, I’ve done kickboxing and boxing before so I was pretty familiar. They’ve got bags hung up throughout the facility. The trainer Adrian was very nice and knowledgeable. He motivated the class well. You do like a 15 minute warm-up with lots of calisthenics… Push-ups, squats, lunges, pushing on the bag, run in place, mountain climbers, etc. Then, move into the rounds of boxing, it’s fast paced and I found myself quite winded in between each round. The last round is all abdominal work, it was tough! I appreciated a full five minutes of stretching at the end. Well rounded, full body workout/class. It’s now Friday and I’m still incredibly sore… It was the best workout I’ve had in a really long time! After the class there wasn’t pressure to join or anything, I was able to ask about pricing and packages without feeling pressure- which I loved. I recommend this gym if you enjoy boxing and you want to get your butt in shape.

My son and I went for the first time and we loved our experience. The staff is so nice and helpful, the facility is clean and they welcome everyone from kids, to beginners to any kind of level really. If you are interested in trying this place out I will tell you come ready to get a work out, lol. If you do not have hand wraps they allow you to purchase them for $10 and if you need cloves they have plenty you can borrow for the classes.

This is a great place that has lots of potential to be greater than what it is. The management has always been helpful. Eddie is an awesome trainer who really cares about people, and the quality of workout. Also he is very supportive which for people like me, who always hide in a corner and feel uncomfortable, makes the whole workout very pleasant. I wish this place had more of people like him.
