My daughter recently went in after finding a breast lump. She was very happy with the service she received that day, but can't get the doctor or nurse practioner to call her back. A front desk person called her and read the report , but t could not answer any of her questions. Not a very caring place that leaves ayoung mother scared she might have cancer.

The staff is amazing. Not only did they always make me feel very welcome and greeted me by name, they also remembered my newborn baby's name and were very attentive to her. The wait times were not long at all even when I would show up late to my appointment. I couldn't have picked a better place for prenatal care for both of my pregnancies.

I would give zero stars if possible. We’re a military family and just moved here, I am 34 weeks pregnant and due to our move I am past due for my prenatal care and needing to establish with a doctor ASAP. I had no help right away from a “customer service” aspect of receptionists not communicating and directing me the right way to begin transferring my records and trying to continue my care with this clinic. I took it upon myself to make sure I got my paperwork in as soon as we got here in town on day two and have them make notes of how far along I am and urgency to review and be seen. I continued to follow up as well throughout the “7–10 days” they tell you it will take a doctor to review and “decide whether they want to see you as a patient or not” which sounds like a bunch of discrimination from the get go. I was told that it probably won’t take that long given how far along I am and being past due for care so I waited patiently to be contacted anticipating I would have an appointment scheduled soon. 12 days later I am finally contacted by some random person, not a doctor, to let me know the doctor finished reviewing my file and they “believe” I am too high risk due to a heart murmur that has not been an issue to my health since I was a young child. Not to mention my OBGYN prior to moving went out of her way to have me seen by a heart doctor and had TWO echos done just to make sure everything was alright, AND had an ultrasound to check the babies heart chambers as well. I have been cleared for everything and there are zero concerns noted in my file. Above and beyond care I never even requested. I am now about a month past due on my prenatal care and needing weekly visits at this stage and I have no doctor because this office has a problem seeing patients. It sure must be nice to discriminate against any woman who has something wrong in the slightest that makes your job somehow more complicated. If you are wanting a doctor or office who cares about you as a mother and your growing baby I would stay clear of this facility. Absolutely disgusted with this clinics practices and the way they treat people. I will report to the better business bureau and any other resource for health practice concerns that I can find because this is not okay.

Dr. Watkins is fantastic. Great at answering any questions and very personable. The front desk staff were also professional and helpful. Unfortunately the scheduling POC, Jasmine, does not represent the clinic well, and showed minimal professionalism or compassion with my pregnancy concerns. Highly recommend asking to speak to someone else if you call in with any worrisome signs during pregnancy. She was rude and dismissive of my concerns, to the point where my husband then called twice on my behalf. Only then did she reluctantly schedule an appointment to check on our baby… she called me again shortly after scheduling, only to tell me my symptoms ‘still weren’t concerning, but I could keep my appointment’. And it turned out there was a serious problem with this pregnancy. Trust your instincts Moms, even when the clinic representative brushes you off over and over. Switching offices due to the experience. It’s unfortunate since Dr. Watkins is great.
