The lines are ridiculously long both inside and drove through. Even though prescriptions are sent to them, they aren’t filled until you go in to inquire. You have to go in because they don’t answer the phone. I had a prescription “in process” for two weeks tried going in but they were unexpected closed so I got on the app and transferred it to the coburg Walgreens. It was ready within 2 hours. There must be something systemically wrong with this store whether it’s management or ownership. The turnover is very high.

I tried this Walgreens for the first time today. I sat in a line for the drive-thru prescription window for almost an hour. When I got to the window, I was told they couldn't find my medicare information and I had to get that and come back. I live a far way out in the country and, needless to say, this is very inconvenient and I am supposed to be on the medication continuously. I asked the man what the problem was because other pharmacies have had no problem at all looking me up. Clearly, the guy was doing something wrong. He told me I had to move on because people were waiting. Well, I waited a long time too -- many of the customers taking quite a while -- and believe I deserve sufficient attention to solve my problem. Unbelievable that they could not find the information to fill my prescription when every other place I've been had no problem at all. I'm moving to a new pharmacy.

This is the absolute worst place to have as a pharmacy. I have been on hold for over 2 hours and have been the next one in line for over 45 minutes. Thinking about having to deal with Walgreens and their staff is always a headache. Their staff has absolutely no idea what they are doing. I called last week for a refill on my Rx. They sent me a text that it was out of stock and they would get it the next day. 9 days later I am still waiting and can't even get in contact with someone to figure out what is going on. What an absolute joke! This is my experience with them every time. The only reason I'm even giving one star is bc I can't submit this without rating..

I took my stepmother to the Walgreen's drive through, it took 45 minutes, about 7 cars in line. Contrary to Jill Bergstrom's statement below, they "actually do" have an idea of how many people will "show up" businesses forecast comparatives as well as understand how many people have prescriptions to pick-up, there is actual science behind this. There is clearly something very wrong here. Unacceptable, glad I have home delivery through my insurance.

The River Road Walgreens at that time was completely booked for weeks as they are the busiest store doing over 100 shots a day. Three times the amount on the Springfield store. I hope you were able to find an appointment now. :)
