My mother lost her heirloom that's been with her for almost 50 years at Open System Imaging where she left it on the changing room table. A gold necklace with rare gem stones. The cost itself is in the 5-figures but the heirloom is priceless with a long history. With her broken English, she asked the staff where it was. No one was helpful nor put in effort to help her find it. She was told it was likely the cleaner who threw it away. But there was no follow-up. I'm disappointed at their utter disregard. My grandmother (her mom) passed away recently and now her heirloom magically disappeared. Imagine losing one of the few valuable things you have in life to remember your loved ones by, and no one cared to follow up on it at the business where it went missing!

Great service and staff if you can manage to get someone on the phone to schedule an appointment. I just spent 30 minutes listening to “someone will be with you shortly” every 30 seconds and then after 20 minutes the phone rings and the you get a busy signal or it loops back. I give up. This has happened twice in two weeks.

I got my sons x ray done here on July 14 th and today when I call them and ask them why the doctor has not received report the receptionist said the report is not ready , so almost 10 days and she has told me it might be ready in next 4 days , so total 12 days ..two weeks for an x ray report to be faxed to doctor,,,, that’s a wow service!! And she bluntly told me she has no idea, then what’s the point of me calling to ask after two weeks!!!
