Mike the property manager was really helpful to us in making the transition to Rhode Island from Virginia. We couldn’t view the apartment before renting but Mike was really helpful and prompt with all the responses which helped us pick Reynolds Farm amongst other properties we checked out online. The type of thoughtfulness Mike showed during our move has been much appreciated by my husband and I. We are enjoying the rental space and love how spacious the living room is of our one bedroom apartment. The only issue we are having is the new building that we are in is not registered with the postal service and we are having a lot of trouble getting the address recognized for our bank accounts and even trying to do any applications online providing this address.

My wife and I have lived in the Reynolds farm apartment complex for little over a year. Please note that our last name is no relationship to Reynolds Farm. We have retired and downsized from a 5 bedroom, 2 acre home on the water to a 1 bedroom apartment. The property manager Mike Wolf was very helpful in making this transition easier. The apartments are beautiful with all new appliances. I like to cook and couldn't ask for a better planned kitchen. I missed my workshop but found I could utilize the garage and created my man cave! What make Reynolds Farm stand out is everyone is very happy and friendly. This is a multi cultural community with Senior and retired citizens, families, young couples and single professionals. Mike and Bob the maintenance supervisor work together to make a strong team. Bob is very friendly and handles all maintenance issues in a timely manner. Communication is good with the tenants and both handle themselves in a very professional manner. I am very pleased with our new place!! Thank you Mike and Bob for giving this place 110% of yourselves!

Reynolds Farm Apartments has been my residence for a year now. It was difficult originally to transition from a house to an apartment. However, because of the great staff here my move was easier. Both Mike (Manager) and Bob (Maintenance Technician) have been attentive to all my requests. They both perform in a timely manner and do a superb job. Kudos to a great staff.

I moved into Reynolds Farm Apartments on May 1st and could not be happier. The building is quiet and well kept and the staff is very professional and friendly. To that end I can’t say enough about Mike Wolf, the Property Manager. From the beginning he was very responsive updating me on the building’s progress and opening. After moving in he assisted with issues with Cox Cable and UPS. Of course it’s always delightful to move into a shiny new apartment in which no else has lived.
