Bought a Kenmore fridge there a few years ago. Cheap plastic drawer slide snapped. Called the store to see about ordering a new part. The man who answered had absolutely zero interest in helping me and told me to go online. I had already done that and was frustrated by searching for the exact part I needed and making sure it matched the model number. He also informed me they do not order parts. What kind of appliance store would not be able to assist and order replacement parts for the products they sell? I will never buy any other appliances from them again, would recommend Wickford Appliance all day long.

I made an online purchase to pick up in store. Part of my order was canceled. When I called I spoke with the manager who’s name is Walt. I tried explaining the parts that got canceled but instead of helping look into them he laughed at me for not knowing the exact name of the part. He was extremely rude, never asked for my name or order number. When I said maybe I should just cancel my 1300 dollar order he said yeah maybe you should. I was so excited to find a small store that sells Kenmore but unfortunately I will NEVER purchase from them again.

Absolutely fabulous customer service. They had an answer to every one of our questions. The delivery men just brought our new fridge in. They really knew what they were doing. Very professional and very respectful. I will shop at Sears Hometown again.

Stopped in today after reading about their opening to check out vacuums. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice and this was the place I bought my vacuum. Not only bought a highly rated Consumer Reports product but the customer service was incredible. Thanks to Richard, in training, and the other staff too. I highly recommend this new store in North Kingstown.
