I had the BEST car buying experience. Went to 3 different dealerships before and not one person greeted us nor did they have any inventory. Stopped by nucar and was greeted right away by our salesman, John, who was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and helped us find the perfect car. We sat down with finance and worked with Jess who was also fantastic and was able to take my car home that day! I would highly recommended purchasing a car here and working with John and Jess!

I purchased a new Toyota in the Fall of last year and have found the service department to be easily accessible, professional and friendly. Last week I was in for routine maintenance and Jonathan assisted me with a variety of needs. I was quickly greeted on arrival and out within a short period of time. The service department is crucial for any dealership and I have been pleasantly surprised with Tarbox thus far. Keep up the good work!

I have been a Toyota customer at Tarbox Toyota over ten years and they have done every oil change on every truck I have owned. There have been times where they have been busy and would tell me that the wait will be over an hour, or sometimes more. I appreciated that. Today, when I pulled in I was the fourth vehicle in the entire bay. I asked the service rep if there was a courtesy car available for my wife who had to get home. He said he didn't, but it wouldn't be too long. Normally, I'm out in 45min. to an hour. today, over an hour and three quarters. When I went out to the shop to find out what happened, They couldn't find the work order. It was found on an empty service rep's desk. When i asked why an oil change would take one and three quarters hours, they said it could take up to three. That's express service??? It's a shame that this new ownership looks more at business and less for their loyal customers. this isn't the old Toyota dealership where Ed would say, the customers count. I got no consideration from the employees, only excuses. Zero STARS.

I received a call from Eric, the service manager in regards to a communication issue from my phone to my car. He reached out to me because my vin number was one of the very few that had an issue with remote a/c , and Toyota wanted to get some data. Eric set up a date, and time that worked for my schedule, and made sure it coincided with my service needed coming up. When I drove into the bay, he introduced himself to me. Eric remembered everything that I needed, oil change, rotation, ding removal. He had a complimentary rental vehicle ready and waiting me, he also said that he would be sure the car gets completely cleaned for me for getting the vehicle to them for the needed testing. The next morning the Toyota tech was able to get data from my car with some back and forth phone calls and texts to have me activate my ac remotely a number of times. When I went to pick up my car, as Eric had told me my car was detailed. It was vacuumed, washed, waxed, windows cleaned, tires shined, interior nicley wiped down and shined. The car looked great.
